معلومات هامة حول سياسة الشحن في الشاشة العصرية

• تبدأ أيام العمل الرسمية لمتجرنا من الأحد إلى الخميس، ويتم اعتبار يوم الجمعة، وأيام العطلات، والأعياد الرسمية، عطلة لجميع موظفي شركة الشاشة العصرية، وشركات الشحن المتعاونة معنا.

• مهمتنا الأولى هي أن نقدم لك أفضل تجربة تسوق عبر الانترنت، ولذلك قمنا بتسهيل عملية الشحن والتوصيل الذي تتم عن طريق شركات الشحن المتعاونة معنا أو عن طريق أفراد في أوقات الذروة لتأكيد خدمتكم وتوصيل طلباتكم في الوقت المناسب لكم.

• يمكننا توصيل الطلبات في نفس اليوم أو فى يوم أخر على حسب المنطقه الجغرافيه الخاصه بكم، ووفقًا للموعد المناسب الذي تحددوه بأنفسكم، في أي وقت خلال اليوم أو الأسبوع أو حتى خلال الشهر.

• يجب طلب السلعة قبل أربع ساعات على الأقل من الوقت المراد الحصول عليها، ليتمكن فريق التوصيل من توفير السلعة، مع الوضع بعين الإعتبار وقت الطلب (بأن لايكون متأخر)، ومعرفة أن هناك سلع تحتاج لأكثر من هذا الوقت لتجهيزها وقد تصل إلى يوم أو عدة أيام، حسب طبيعة المنتج، وفي حال الطلبات المستعجلة, يرجى الإتصال بخدمة العملاء وسوف نقوم بقصارى جهدنا لمساعدتكم.

• في حال وصولنا للعنوان المسجل ولم يتواجد أحد فيه, يرجى الإتصال بخدمة العملاء لتحديد وقت آخر للتوصيل، ولن نكون مسؤلون عن أي طلب تجواز الـ 7 أيام من أول موعد لتسليم الطلب، مع العلم أنه في حال عدم تواجدكم في الوقت المتفق عليه للتوصيل لمرتين، سوف يتم احتساب رسوم إضافية على التوصيل بعد ذلك.

• رسوم التوصيل تكون حسب سياسة شركة الشحن .

• رسوم الدفع عند الاستلام تطبق فقط عند الشحن وتكون لصالح شركة الشحن، وحسب سياستها، وبإمكانك اختيار وسائل الدفع.

معلومات هامة حول التسليم

• نحن نضمن لك سلامة الطلبية من السرقة والتلف، لحظة خروجها من المتجر، وحتى لحظة التسليم، وتعتبر مؤسسة الشاشة العصرية غير مسؤولة عن المنتج بعد توقيع وثيقة الاستلام.

• يتم الشحن بواسطة شركة سمسا للمناطق داخل و دولية DHL.

• يستخدم دليل المدة التقريبية للتسليم بدءًا من لحظة إرسال الطلبية، ولا تعتبر مؤسسة الشاشة العصرية مسؤولة عن أي تأخير يطرأ بسبب إجراءات دفع الرسوم من قبل صاحب الطلب.

• إضافة رسوم إلى تكلفة شحن الطلبية في حال كون مكان التسليم يقع ضمن منطقة بعيدة.

• في حالة الرغبة في إلغاء طلبيتك واستبدالها، الرجاء التوجّه إلى صفحة سياسة الإرجاع واتباع الخطوات المذكورة هناك.

• يرجى الملاحظة أنه في حال تم إرسال طلبيتك بالفعل "التي ترغب في إلغائها"، يجب الانتظار لحين وصولها إليك ثم متابعة إجراءات الإرجاع
